Watching and Waiting on SB51

Being back on SB51 has been anything but exciting, but what did I expect. I'd followed the leads I had, cracked the codes for command, and still somehow found myself back here in my base quarters. It's not exactly what I was expecting. At least Base command has not indicated that anything I had done led to a punishment, but being away from the Tomcat this long has me worried. I barely get updates from anyone still on board, and of course, I am not privy to intel that is sent to base command. The only good thing is that I heard a rumor, well only good if it's true, that the Tomcat may be returning to SB51. I swear that every time a ship docks, I make sure to see it when it arrives in the minimal hope it is the Tomcat.

I find it amusing that even though I was not best buddies with anyone on board, I feel like so many of them are my friends. And I really miss seeing all those faces. Talk about an irony. Someone as introverted as me and I miss all those people. I wonder if any of them even realize I've been gone. I doubt anyone misses me, in fact, they are probably happy the 'investigator' is off their ship.

Well, time to see what ships are gracing the starbase in the next few hours. And of course, I get to see who deboards
and sometimes I even get to run background checks on them, when command requires it.

Did I say I miss the Tomcat??
