Transfer to Starbase 51

Dear Captain Somers:

As I write this, it is with a heavy heart that I must depart from the Tomcat and move my duties to Starbase 51.

I feel that after the ordeal on Arth and my line of work, I woudl be better off being assigned to Starbase 51 to allow me to assist any ship that needs archeological or anthropological services. This change will be move that will help me recover mentally from my experiences on Arth and the loss of my team while there.

I am officially requesting to be transferred to Starbase 51.

I will still get to see the crew when you dock at Starbase 51, so this is not "Good Bye" but merely "See You Later." I may one day decide to come back and serve on the Tomcat but at this time I would like to help restore my mental health off of the ship.
