Crew Promotion of Lt. Sheela to Lieutenant Commander

I know I said that I would wait till months end, but I cannot await to announce this promotion as it has been a longtime coming. But please congratulate Lieutenant Sheela Swiftpaws who I have the honour to promote to Lieutenant Commander; with all the rights and duties that the rank has therin and by my authority as Commander of the USS Tomcat NCC 62114.

First off I would like to say why this officer has been promoted, Lieutenant Commander Sheela Swiftpaws has made great strides in adding and expanding on what her character is feeling and thinking and generally putting in more than two sentences per sim. So it is in recognition of her putting more into a post and giving her entries more meat I am proud to announce her promotion.

Congratulations Lieutenant Commander Sheela Swiftpaws keep up the good work.
